Garden Expo (12, 13, and 14 February 2010)This annual February event hosted at the Alliant Evergy Center gives you the opportunity to bring some early spring color into your home with bouquets of majestic proteas. The protea is an indigenous national flower of South Africa, one of the floral kingdoms of the world, and it is well-known for its long life and bright colors. One-of-a-kind handmade African crafts are also for sale at this event.
